Benefits for 9 Month Employees (1440 Paid Hours)

Health Insurance - district pays for portion – Board Benefit $5,520.00 for 2024-2025.
IMRF - employee pays 4.5%; district amount changes every year
2 Personal Leave days that can accumulate to 3 - after that any days are added to sick leave
11 Sick Leave days for 9-month people; after 15 years they get 11 sick leave days
Sick Leave accumulates to 300 days
Days not used are reported to IMRF for credit when they retire
2 Bereavement days are granted per occurrence for immediate family
9 Paid Holidays
If 1200 hours have not been paid hours, employee will not advance on the pay schedule

Due to the extra days given for vacation, sick and holiday, days without pay are only available after all other days have been used. If 1200 hours have not been paid hours, employee will not advance on the pay schedule.
